• Unfortunately, I don't have the answer to that, I can only say what has worked for me, Perhaps if you have a neighbor or friend close by that you can use for the 2 minutes or so while you log into the server then you can just swap back over.

• This has worked, For anyone still having the problem, Load in using a tether from your phone, Load right into the game and then switch to your regular ISP :D

• Strangely enough, I tried tethering it with my mobile and it did seem to allow me to download the patch, However trying to swap back to my usual ISP only went back to the usual patch loading problems. Fun times, A year out of the game and I try to come back to the same reasons I left in the first place.
