Been that way for a while, also the empire defense missions seem to be barred from both my jem'hadar and klingon guy while my romulan kdf guy can get them...and they can be shared with non-romulans, you just can't get them from journal or npc.

I was just hoping they would fix kdf faction access to empire defense missions; my kdf romulan gets them but my legendary bundle klingon and my kdf jem'hadar do not...even though i have verified that a romulan with these missions can share them with the other two.

Ok i have confirmed that the missions can be shared by a teammate to those who should get them but cannot. A romulan that has them was able to share them with both my kdf jem'hadar and my kdf legendary bundle klingon. Confirmed that via this method kahless expanse can be entered as normal. need a simulator type thing for testing ship load outs, pick an enemy type, launch and fight, doesnt have to have any rewards. the kdf empire defense missions and the foundry filled this niche forever but now foundry is gone and empire defense missions seem to be inaccessible.
