I think the problem is the first 3 Romulan ships really run more like escorts and its a but of shock to go to the slow cruiser of the DD. Just stick with the mogai or shove a bunch of beam arrays on the DD. Anyone running mogai who has not yet hit commander may want to save beam arrays for when they get their DD (if you…

I think they decided to give Romulans plasma because the KDF already gets disruptor stuff most the time. for now I am just using what drops. when I hit commander I will likely start actually buying weapons and going disruptor. Not really sure what I want to do with torpedos.

I also sided with the KDF. I have not tried to change my uniform yet. Trying going to Qo'nos and see if its there. (you can transwarp)
