What I find unimmersive is the cut scenes. I know what they were trying to do, and I know they didn't have high budget. But because the animations don't really sync with the speech and generally feel clumsy, I find my attention is sucked into all the things that are wrong with the cut scenes rather than what they are…

I don't see where they say they are adding content for the Klingons. You used to be able to play from level 8 before and there was almost no content at all besides pvp. Now there is SOME, but the expansion notes don't say they are adding to it.
