I've tried it abandoning the mission 4 times already. Not getting that dialog

Just came back after ages and I couldnt get the arc launcher to even open. The repair function did nothing. Right now the game is updating using the cryptic launcher. Im not even sure if it will launch i thought the cryptic launcher was replaced by arc
