It's pretty bad. Just trying to run around ESD is a chore sometimes. I'm not sure I can sign on with the assigning of blame, as we don't know anything about the code of the game (other than the engine dating back to City of Heroes), but I think it's fair to say something got screwed up at that point in the timeline.

That's not universal. If you had alts that weren't up to 50 yet, it made sense to create the tokens, stuff them in your account bank, and use them later. Making the consoles crossplay might be doable but probably not (extra work). Making the PC crossplay with the consoles would require dumbing the PC game down in some fashion, and that's unacceptable.

Make sure that you have one tribble in inventory along with the food. Also, make sure it's the only food you have in inventory. Then don't sit there staring at your inventory...it'll appear. Go do something else, like the event stuff or a queue.

Honestly, her voice is distinctive enough that people would hear Janeway no matter what character they brought her in to do. She's definitely a good enough actress to disappear into any other role onscreen. But voice acting is different. And her voice is 100% Janeway.

If you look at the full tooltip, it shows speed of 78 in one place and 68 in another, so I'm sure it's a typo. The speed should be the same. I'd recommend a side-by-side race with a friend to verify.
