Interestingly it connected today. And tracert gave me a very different path. Going through cogentco. Thats suggests that my issue was dns cached at ISP(s). I was a bit tried and couldn't be bothered looking at who in the chain was caching the DNS. My other thought was a faulty load balancer sorting by IP or mac address.…

I've hit the same problem. Seems like a networking issue, but such a range of users having the problem, I doubt it is at the users end. Seems like something triggering a firewall response at STO (or their data-center ISP), possibly their gateway is blocking users or dropping overloaded packets by IP and seems to die after…
