Both turbolift doors 047-149A and 047-149B seem to be stuck open in Instances 4, 5, 7, 8, 10, 11, 12, 13, 15 or at least one are stuck. But they're not stuck open open in Instances 2, 3, 6, 9. They open and close as usual if an NPC character or myself walk up to them or enter and then exit them. See attached pictures
