Did not receive Triolic Pattern Enhancer

I beat the entire Devidian series successfully, but I never received the Triolic Pattern Enhancer reward item. I put in a ticket asking them to give me the TPE item, and the response which was clearly a copy and paste job, was that it was refiled as a bug report. I wish they'd verify I beat the quests and give me the item I earned as well (which was the point of the GM ticket report).

    What does this doodad actually do?

    Unless the GMs have recently received new tools, they have previously stated that they have no way to award items to players and in most cases it is against policy (to prevent abuse).
