Version Mismatch

I am receiving a version mismatch error while trying to log in how to I resolve this?

    On the STO icon on your desktop right click it and click open as administrator that should work

    I have the same problem, I then opened the game as administrator but received the same error.

    Version: ST.5.20100815a.0
