Not recieving cryptic points

I've just recruited my second friend to STO. He bought the game, installed it, then used his account that he used
when I referred him. Why haven't I gotten 400 cryptic points for it?

    i got the same problem,
    already send 4 tickets.
    3 of those where already 'resolved' but i didn't got the goodies.

    just spam them tickets and wait, there isn't much else to do:(

    You get your points after the Subscription kicks in... if its a Credit Card subscription, the 'Free 30 Days' of game play has to be used up first (because the User could cancel the sub before the 30 days are up) Only a 'Game Time Card' Key entry counts immediatly... (because it can't be canceled once entered...)
