As the subject states, it's been a month and still no referral rewards have appeared after multiple tickets and requests for more info (which was provided promptly).
This is not the way to make a good first impression to prospective subscribers.
Has anyone else had their issue resolved? I know some people were told by the end of June (I never received any such response, myself).
Does anyone have any suggestions for a better way to get some attention? All I get are cut-n-pasted "Thanks for letting us know!" type responses and nothing even resembling progress or that a human has even seen my issue.

I got a ticket answered about 2 weeks ago, but I the problem hasn't been resolved yet. =/
