Ship seclection at Cmdr level gon - #910032 - Star Trek Online.

I submitted to bug tickets and only one of the two were answered they were submitted within minutes of each other 910032 that needs action was not looked at, 910034 that was a error message, was simply an FYI was immediately responded to. I am starting to think someone is cherry picking the easy bug tickets.

I selected a heavy cruiser at earth space dock and was awarded a heavy escort? I need a GM to correct this, I am an Engineer and this is a show stopper for me. HELP!

    I think you'll find that it's bug reports needing no replies getting instant automated replies. Anything that requires an actual reply from someone will take longer. I thought similarly until I realised my bug reports were being replied to instantly and came to this conclusion. The ship issue is more tricky but not something I noticed when I claimed my heavy cruiser not too long ago. Is it possible you clicked the wrong icon by mistake? I'm sure you could throw some vendor junk to your alt and afford a new ship if the worst comes to the worst.
