stuck for 5 hrs!

I've been stuck in the same mission for 5 hours. Restarted it 3 times, unable to progress.... 5 hours I've been waiting on my GM ticket without so much as a single whisper for a GM

. 5 hours for someone to take 3 minutes and press the mission progress button.
