I don't think it's card related because I've now seen in on NVidia and ATI cards. When going through some of the ground missions, if you look up there are strange cones that surround light sources. They end up making the camera angles hard to manage in hallways as I can't raise them very high without causing them to interfere with my viewing angle.
Is anyone aware of this and know how to fix it? I've tried settings on high, low, and even custom and still no dice.
