Starbase 39 Issue?

Can anyone else dock at Starbase 39? Been a glitch since last night when I first tried. Keeps telling you to get closer before you can beam down, but never allows you to.

    I can second this issue, also since last night

    Update: I resolved the issue myself, if you're on the mission Heading Out, once you've grabbed the npc from starbase 114 and arrive at the Sierra System, click "Continue: Heading out" and DO NOT click Enter Sierra System. I restarted the mission and it allowed me to beam down this time around. I'm not sure if it's luck or if this is truly a fix, but if you're on Heading Out, that may be the problem.

    Yep doing HEADING OUT and its my only mission i have and cant get any more mission till i get it. Since i cant get into starbase 39 im screwed. Best and only thing i can do is psi canis defence.
