Were Is My Freaking Pre Order Stuff

I WENT TO THE ACTIVATE THING ACTIVATED IT WENT TO THE GAME LOGED IN AND CHEACKED MMY C STORE BUT NOTHING IN THE SPECIAL UNLOCKS SECTION!!!!!!!!!!!!:mad::mad::mad::mad:

    I Pre-Ordered with Atari & am supposed to get 500 Cryptic Points, but when i put in my retail code they never showed up... I've got a targ/tribble though...

    Any idea's? I tried logging a ticket with cryptic, but the system seems to be down now. I tried calling them too, but after 15 minutes & no indication of how long of a wait it would be, gave up.
