Fatal Error on Outfit Change

Reporting this mainly because I'm not the only one who has gone through this.
The error occurs when you change your outfit via your character icon in the upper left hand corner.
Game shuts down and yes a report gets sent to Cryptic, but it's good to share in case someone new comes across this. The more the merrier right? :p

    Mine happened while changing outfits at the Cardassian in Sol Station.

    "Fatal Error: Direct3d driver returned code E_INVALIDARG) while creating a depth/stencil surface."

    Mine happenened shortlyafter viewing the fleet uniform window and during a loading screen
