  This is not a bug. Your trying to reclaim the original promotion, which it tells you there in red you can only claim once, and not the reclaim. Once the original promotion has been claimed, you must open that box, which will grant seperate reclaim boxes within the Promotions tab.

  There is no ship in reclaim and see the message "Grand Nagus Give away" - "Purchased"

  The character that claimed the "Grand Nagus Giveaway" must open the box for the Reclaim entries in the Promotions tab to appear.

  thanks. I found the character who took the box on the first day. there are too many faces now -)
