Fast and Flurrious - Players transforming into cats.

Many players, of recent, are seen to transform into cats during the Fast and Flurrious race. I feel this feature should not be allowed to be activated during the races atleast, as it gives that player undue advantage over the others that do not have that ability, and that is, in my view, not fair.
Resistance is Futile.

Assimilation is the Key to Happiness. :D

    I seem to recall that the various speed buffs were all meant to be disabled for the PvP race, but that hasn't been maintained.

    They didn't eliminate the cat speed boost, but they did reduce it to the same level as the Vanguard Jem'Hadar speed boost in the Winter Wonderland. Also, I don't think they did anything at all about the Black Alert tribble.
