So far as of 12:30 CST these items are not showing up in the Promo tab of the Zen store on Xbox (And I would assume PS as well)

It's unfortunately missing on the PS side as well. Hopefully something is done soon and those items show up in the Zen store's promotional tab, a friend of mine was working on a character build that needed the Vulcan hairstyle to make it perfect.

I already submitted a ticket about it so we'll see how fast it gets fixed, hopefully before it's too late and we can't get it.

Now showing on Xbox. And like when it was on PC you have to claim them on each character to unlock the costume parts.
