Heritage Bundle items claim

in C-Store, ZEN, and Promotions
I've followed the directions to claim the phaser rifle and the fighters. While I have been able to claim the ships from the bundle, I cannot locate the "Heritage Starship Bundle Items" which SHOULD be in the Promotional tab. This has prevented me from snagging these items for some time now. I have submitted a ticket (1122677). Is there someplace else I should be looking for this?

    It's located under the items section/ promotion unlock items of the zen store

    Thank ye' kindly. I was looking under the Promotions tab on the left.

    I would point out that the Bundle Description says to look under "Items > Promotion Unlock Items".
    I guess we're just too used to seeing things pop up in the "Promotions" tab, where some bundles actually do populate their unlocks.
    We need some consistency...
