Last map you were in: Korfez: Defend Turei
Map you were going to (if applicable)
What the issue is: All Vaadwaur waves are spawning in at once instead of in 3 separate waves like they used to.
What steps you already tried when attempting to resolve your issue: Tried again, any time Defend Turei map comes up it's broken and spawns in all waves of Vaadwaur at the same time.

They said to be as detailed as possible on the Ten-Forward stream but this one is pretty easy to duplicate/encounter.

Run Korfez TFO, if you get the map where you have to defend 3 Turei ships from the Vaadwaur instead of spawning in separate waves of lesser numbers it spawns all waves of Vaadwaur at once in the 3 locations around the Turei. It's impossible to progress past this map since it's an absurd number of ships and half of them are firing polaron bombardments at you. They quickly destroy the Turei ships and you fail the TFO.

I can't remember exactly how many waves it was originally, I believe it was 3-4 waves with about 7-8 ships from each wave at the 3 locations around the Turei.

Korfez is a properly fun TFO when it's working correctly, definitely one of my favorites. I'd like to see more maps like it where you progress through individual maps to eventually fight a difficult boss. Feels very involved and it takes some teamwork/coordination.

Any plans to fix this map, it's pretty frustrating when you get the Turei as the TFO will fail with an absurd amount of enemies to kill before they kill you and the Turei ships.

As a veteran of Korfez, I believe there is a detail about Vaadwaur ships that may have caused misconception regarding this "bug". Vaadwaur ships have Warp Masking, which prevents long range detection if you don't have high perception/auxiliary power. Many people mistakenly don't see them spawn in and wait at the Turei only to have all 3 waves "appear" on top of them. In reality: They are spawning in their respective zones but you likely didn't detect them until it was too late and the Vaadwaur are all on top of the Turei (which makes the scenario nearly unwinnable). I routinely head to the spawn point of the Vaadwaur in Turei scenario and have never seen them spawn elsewhere.

I remember Korfez with Turei from earlier and definitely not all Vaadwaur ships spawning at once.

Well, they do spawn in all at once but at the edges of the map (with center group being slightly forward from edge to accomodate the player respawn zone). They all have varying travel times, with the group that spawns behind the players having the shortest travel time and the group forward of the players having the longest (though this is by a very slight degree). Thus when someone says they "spawn all at once" I'm inclined to believe that the Vaadwaur are in range of the Turei or the players who likely remained at the initial spawn-in point. Once the Vaadwaur enter combat, their Warp Masking becomes disabled and are now easily seen by the team of players thus creating the "illusion" that they spawned, when in reality they just lumbered into range unnoticed.
