Did not get giveaway reward i won

in PC Gameplay Bug Reports
I play on sto on PlayStation and I won a heritage starship bundle in a giveaway by stu1701 I redeemed the code on my arc account and made shure my arc account was linked to my PlayStation account and it said code was redeemed and i did not get my giveaway reward in game looked in promotions and in ships and ship bundles tab in zen store it’s saying I have to purchase the bundle or the ships separately and it’s not in promotions for me to claim. I put in a support ticket in as well was told to post in here as well would appreciate any help thanks.

    Do you have a PC account that you play on? I'd check to see if the bundle was awarded there. I've never dealt with giveaways from third parties that could be applied to console versions of the game. I play on Xbox myself and all the giveaways I've gotten were through the Microsoft store or the now retired Arc app for consoles.

    I think in this case you would need to contact stu1701 as this is a third party giveaway and not by Cryptic. Was the giveaway device specific ie PC ONLY or could be used on either console or PC. Regardless this is not a Cryptic related giveaway and you need to contact stu1701.

    The codes where given to stu1701 by Ambassador Kale aka Mike Fatum our community manager.

    At no time during the promo video does stu1701 state Kael gave the codes. All he states that he has three codes for pc three codes for xbox three codes for console and is very specific that you enter the correct giveaway for your desired platform. So are you sure you entered for playstation.

    I talked to stu1701 on discord after I didn’t get my reward he said he got all the codes from Ambassador Kale for his giveaway and I did enter the PlayStation giveaway not pc or Xbox just checked again to make shure.

    Sadly though no one here can assist you further. You would have to liaise with support. Tell them you have posted on the forum so as not to be going round in circles on this. Good luck getting it sorted. All I can suggest is did you type the redemptions correctly have you double checked it, could of mistaken an i for a 1 or zero for numeric 0 or vice versa

    Yeah definitely shure I typed in the code correctly copied and pasted the code right from discord where I had it sent to me and already submitted a support ticket and got a response they are looking into the issue and trying to fix it they told me it would help if I posted in here that’s pretty much why iam here.

    If I were you, I'd still get in touch with stu1701 as it sounds very much that you've been given one of the PC codes.
    Either:
    • you accidentally did enter the PC version of the giveaway; or
    • he accidentally gave you the code for the PC platform instead of the PlayStation.
    If it's the first, then you're probably out of luck here, but if it's the second, he's going to have someone else getting the wrong code, and it's really up to him to contact Kael, explain the situation, and hopefully get a replacement code.
