Vovin Carrier Inspiration abilities missing?

Hey everyone,
Didn't the Vovin Carrier release as a full Command ship with the Inspiration mechanic?
Mine appears to have lost it's Inspiration abilities. I still have a full commander Command seat, but Inspiration is missing.

Has anyone else noticed this, and do we know if there's a fix?

    This is a known issue, but no ETA has been given as to when it will be fixed. At least it isn't game-breaking--the ship has plenty of other ways to do stupid amounts of damage (especially if you go full antiproton like I did, with the recent Khitomer set).
