  Am I right to assume you mean Component - Industrial Replicator Supplies? If so, you can buy them from the Exchange, from other players. It's possible they may drop from R&D packs too, but that would not be a good way to get them.
  
  As far as I know, the only way to create/obtain them is via crafting or buying from a player willing to make them for selling on.

  That's right. That's what I was looking for. Sometimes the exchange does not have any to sell. I'll just have to wait. Thank you
