Can't contribute to the fleet project "Station Andorian Personnel Officer on Starbase"

The fleet starbase project "Station Andorian Personnel Officer on Starbase" requires common Andorian bridge officer candidates (not duty officers). Yet whenever I try to contribute some, a window pops up listing the ones I have, yet I can't select any of them to contribute. The "Select All" button also doesn't do anything. The right pane still says "Duty Officers", but the project doesn't require duty officers; it requires bridge officer candidates! And since there's no way to unslot the project, my fleet starbase is now permanently unable to work towards other upgrades until you fix this.

Reproduction steps:
* Slot the above-mentioned project
* Buy some common Andorian bridge officers from the bridge officer vendor on ESD
* Open the fleet window
* Click "Contribute" under one of the three departments requiring specifically bridge officers and not duty officers
* In the window that pops up, attempt to click on the listed bridge officer candidates in the left pane, and notice that nothing happens
* Try to click "Select All", and notice that nothing happens

we have the same Problem here, can't contribute to colonie project "Station Federation Personannel on Colonie", since weeks.

Just checked in-game, and this appears to be fixed! I'm able to contribute BOFFs again! This wasn't mentioned in any patch notes, so I'm assuming a stealth fix. In any case, thanks, devs.
