Saving ship loafout doesn't save the loadout

I have the three ship multi-mission vesta bundle and when I do tour the galaxy I have two of the ships set up for it so that I can change ships after transwarping to another part of the galaxy to get the cool down on the slipstream over with faster. Lately when I switch ships one of them suddenly doesn't have anything on it even though I saved the loadout on both ships before even starting the tour the galaxy. I do t think the whole save loadout is working at all because you can save the loadout and after it "saves" the loadout it still says that the loadout is unsaved.

    By the way, I still can't train my jem'hadar engineer bridge officer with my created medical generator 3 training manual. It's been a week sense I posted about that issue with no response from anyone about it

    Here is a clip of me trying to save the loadout after putting everything back onto the ship and making sure that my captain skills are still set up correctly (another thing I have an issue with). Notice that it does not save even though I tried to save it like five times.

    All this week the loadouts (which were saved) do not reload when switching ships. When I switch ships one of two things happens. The ghost image of the console/weapon/etc is there but won't load, or the half the loadout is not loaded (it also erases the loadout). I also noticed that despite the "moved equipped items to newly readied ship" button being disabled(and applied) that it does sometimes but not always transfer things to a new ship I am about to work on and selected to be my ship in use. This has not happened since the big bug a while back. Is anyone else noticing anything?

    I have this issue occasionally. Here is the work around I use. I don't try to save a build at the shipyard. Using the save function at a shipyard does not save Traits or BOff abilities. I beam up to the ship. Next, I check/reload any BOff abilities, Traits, and DOffs to the ship. Once I am satisfied with the build, I save it to BOTH save slots. I rename one of them, 'Backup'. The other I keep the name I am currently using for the build. This is the slot I use. Whenever the game drops things from my build, I can switch to the backup and my ship is once again what I want it to be. So all I have to do is save the build again under the name I usually use.

    Is it time consuming? Yes. Does it cut into my game time? Yes. Is this the best solution? Does it work all the time? Probably not. However, 30 seconds out from the start of a TFO I want to play right now isn't enough time for me to remember everything I had on a build when the game does not remember. I hope this helps.

    Another thing I do is screenshot a build which the game breaks often. All of the build.
