PS4 color slots defective female vintage flower top

Many of the color slots for item aloha shirts version female Vintage Flowers are not working on the PS4.
When selecting them it will not gain the color of the color slots, it will remember the last working color, which is usually only two, and run with that. So even if I have orange selected it will show yellow or brown/greenish because those are the only working colors.
Really disappointed with the customisability of this item when I can only choose yellow and the murky green-brown, and none of the other colors work.
