2401 Issues

I used some Lobi to buy the 2401 uniforms. In the items description, it says, "This costume can be used by characters of either gender and any allegiances. It will be added to your uniform choices.", but the uniform has not unlocked on my KDF Science Captain. I filed a ticket from within the game, which referred me here. I was told they have received a lot of complaints in regards to this particular costume not being unlocked for characters. I didn't have any issues opening it on my Fed Trill Sci but my KDF Lethean Sci, the box opened, it said it would be available in my costume options, but it is not there.

I have tried logging off that character and logging back on to it. I have tried completely restarting the game. I am not sure what else there is to try.

The theme of this character, Fubar (Federation Underpants Belonging to Admiral Riker), is an underpants gnome cult. This uniform fits the theme very well and I would like to have this costume unlock properly for this character and its bridge officers, please.

Has this been fixed at all? I was thinking about opening one of these on my Orion as a play on them being assigned to the Klingon Defense Force through the Federation Exchange Officer program.

I haven't heard anything back from support for over a week now. They said it would get addressed in an upcoming patch. Is this fix really that hard? I am disappointed that I wasted premium currency (Lobi) for an item that didn't unlock properly for my character to use.
