Guillotine TFO Not Allowing Deployment of Stitching Anchors

Sometimes the game won't allow us to deploy the stitching anchors at one of the anchor points. I've linked to a video of it happening if it helps troubleshoot the issue.

    Acknowledged. That's now two TFOs that require players to force quit and be penalised. Well done.

    This hasn't been fixed yet? After all this time. :( Just left the Event TFO for this very reason. I hope they have fix in the works.
