Missing Demon Hunter Event rewards from Reclaim(herald space weapons)

@LazyBunnyKiera, All characters.
Maps not applicable.
Issue: [Omni-Directional Herald Antiproton Beam Array] OR [Wide Arc Herald Antiproton Dual Heavy Cannons] in my Reclaim rewards menu.
I checked with multiple characters and none of them have it in the reclaim rewards.
I DO have the Herald Defiler Mace though.
I have 1 character that has already claimed the 2 space weapons at the conclusion of the Demon Hunting event. But there was no indication they were 1 per account. And also they are not account bound.
