Cant move BOFFs

I select a Bridge officer, any character on account, and the whole inventory turns red squares. Like it dose when you try to put a personal item on your ship, or vica versa. Been like this for a while now. Cant arrange item in inventory, or move it to bank etc. Everything else I can move. This has been an issue for years now, just now its actually an issue because Im not making training manuals or commissioning them.

I was told to post this here, In game help cant figure it out.

    I don't think you can move them around manually, but the 'Sort' button will move them around.
    They're supposed to go to your Roster but when that's got 15 in there, they drop into your Inventory like that.
    If you really want it out of the way, you'll have to clear a space in your Roster, then right-click it to move it.

    Yep this is not a bug, you can also move it assuming its not char bound by mailing it to yourself with just the @name bit then make a space where you want it to go.
