Klingon Recruit –200000 Perk XP Reward not opening

I just got the Klingon Recruit – Unforgettable – 200000 Perk XP Reward and it won't open. It's just ... there, in my inventory. Anyone else having this problem?
Frankly, I'm at the point where I'm going to dump my recruits and never start a new character, between this and the Dust To Dust bug. It's just no worth the aggravation for something that, probably will never get fixed.

    It's been a while since I've worked on the Unforgettable track for a character, but I don't remember getting a box in my inventory when I claimed the different levels for that. Not saying you didn't just don't recall getting one. I thought the rewards were applied once you claimed it from the Klingon Receiver. Did you check to see if your unspent endeavor points and reroll count went up?

    Are you saying you have more than one, why would you have more than one kling recruit almost all the rewards suck and only 1 of the realy good ones you cant get on your non recruits.

    Plus leveling the melee bit for a recruit is a pain in the butt after they made it so your boffs melee kills no longer count to it anymore, I still have not bothered to finish the last level of that as its tooo slow now.

    Temporal or jems are the only ones I would consider having more than one of, though I hate the starting level 60 of the jem esp as they did away with the extra captain retrain token you got during the first run of it, and considering you loose I think its 5 of those due to not having to level to 65 and jems start with a terrible point setup that not nice.

    If they had more better rewards for the delta, I would consider a Delta for a new char as more species options.

    The only reason I've found to have more than one Klingon recruit it for the bonus Endeavor points from the Unforgettable line. If you have the extra character slots make a throw away character to just do the daily endeavors. Get them to 700k where you've earned all the extra perk points and rerolls then delete.

    Folks, the "why" of why I would do a Klingon recruit is irreverent to the issue.

    This screen shot should clarify. And NO, I got NO perk point and no reroll token. And now I have box just taking up an inventory slot THAT I CAN'T EVEN DELETE!

    Are your reroll points at max or are your perk points at max, if no to both cant think other than your recuit being not at max level which I dont think affects it cant think why it wont open.

    Did you check if an error message apears in your chat window ?

    Has been sooo long since I did that.

    There's a great observation.
    I believe the maximum Reroll Tokens you can have is 50, so if you already have 50 you won't be able to open the box. (This is how the game prevents you from 'losing' on rewards.)

    Yeah, check your reroll count. The max you can have at one time is 200, something I've never gotten close to. I'd check anyway. Just last night I got an alt to 200k for Unforgettable and the game applied the reward directly to my perks and rerolls like it has in the past, no box. So something caused it to show up for you. Sorry I haven't been more help, but this one just has me a bit stumped.

    I was going by what the tooltip shows (200), I've got 70 myself so it's more than 50 for sure.

    NO. I have NO reroll tokens. I've used up my reroll tokens. And none of that addresses the damn box that I can't open OR DELETE! Seriously, y'all are paying as much attention to to what I said as the devs.

    No need to get agressive, we did pay attention and we were trying to figure out why you recieved a box you cant open, as baucoin said he completed that bit the other day and did not get a box and was credited with the tokens and points.

    But hay get anoyed with us for actually trying to help if you want.
