Tour of the Galaxy Endeavor Progress

Just ran Tour of the Galaxy for Universal Endeavor, and hit 18 locations yet only got rewards progress for 5? None of the Delta and Gamma Quadrant systems counted. Nor did 4 of the 9 Alpha Quadrant systems I hit. Those systems were Bajor, Algira, Arawath, Defera, Breen, Ferenginar, Dranuur, Izar, and Ferasa in that order...

    The Tour can be a bit fiddly to get the locations to trigger.
    Going from the game Map (M), or using mission transwarps to reach stars generally won't trigger the mission objective. It's often the case that you need to move around a bit for it to trigger properly.

    An example I often find doesn't work is "Khitomer". I tend to have the mission 'The Khitomer Discord' active in order to use it's transwarp point to complete the Tour objective, but mostly have to back away and then re-approach for the objective to trigger.
