Well I was looking forward to this but it all seems rather underwhelming and not that interesting in design for me. Not a single thing to use in any of my builds or toons.
Tactical – Tractor Beam Vault looks like it could be fun to play around with but I don't see it going into any of my main builds.
Universal Console - Athan Prime Fleet Museum Beacon might be ok if its not drastically underpowered which these types of consoles tend to be.
Duderstadt? Really? That's right around the corner where I live

That Transporter kit module looks like it's going to be yet another non-tac role killer. One more thing that's being taken away from one of the non-tactic careers.
When are Sci's and Engi's finally going to get some of the buffs that are now almost entirely limited to Tacs?
Like modules that add significant boosts to offensive stats, such as crit severity and always-flanking, like Trajectory bending does?
So far, almost all of these universal modules have given powers that makes Sci's and Engi's roles unique to Tacs, but not the other way around.
What is this? It's hitting a starship, so it's not an image from Neverwinter or other game, but no idea how this fits Picard.
"Engineering – Malicious AI
Your engineer will program a Malicious AI and launch it into an enemy ship, creating a variety of ship wife anomalies, disabling the affected ship and damaging ship systems. Malicious AI deals Kinetic, Plasma and Radiation damage to the target, and disables enemy movement. For ships of Battleship or larger, it takes their impulse engines offline for 15 seconds. For all other ships, it holds the target in place for 15 seconds. If the target is destroyed before Malicious AI expires, it will jump to another target."
I'm not recalling this from Picard Season 3, is it from one of the seasons I skipped? I'm presuming that 'wife anomalies' is a typo.
"These new weapons are equipped with experimental Radiolytic Emitter technology stolen from Daystrom Station. Radiolytic Emitters deal bonus damage to low hull targets – if an enemy ship is below 25% Hull, these weapons deal additional Bonus Phaser Damage. The following weapon types can be obtained:
No omni? Odd. Now that Event sets no longer conflict with LB omnis, I don't know why it'd be omitted, but I guess it's a hint at a new reward at least.

The Cynic of me is thinking. Well of course since they fixed the Omni's they give us Wide Arc Dual Cannons instead.

I am slowly pulling together a tractor build for one of my Fesarian captains, the tractor beam vault looks like it would be quite useful for it, though since I do not have the budget to buy keys I have to hope it will not be impossibly expensive in the exchange.

You know what, I forget about the tractor traits like Scavenger Beam and Carrier Wave Shield Hacking. A while back I did at some point have a tractor beam themed build. If only I could remember which ship the loadout is on. Might be worth finding or recreating it.
Tactical – Tractor Beam Vault deserves a 2nd look. Thank you for remaining me about Tractor beam builds. Time to dig out my tractor beam mines.
I just hope Tractor Beam Vault counts as Tractor Beam for all the traits.
Starship Trait: Starfleet Intel Handler and Starship Trait: Fireball Escape as described in the blog are NOT Starship traits BUT are infact SPACE traits so if you obtain them you will be looking in the wrong place. @baddmoonrizin please get the blog edited.

Will these asteroids be coated in stealth tech? Does this power come with voice overs by Keon Alexander?
And when can we expect to see the Pella in STO?
That's one way of being married to Starfleet.
Glad to see they're bringing back the ship dates and expanding them to include marriage:

Seconded. I rely on those on every ship I have.
No wonder I couldn't find it while searching for 'vault'...
