MCStu And Auggie Called it with Wolf 359. I would love a TR116B Assault Rifle Variant with the secondary option being a Photon Grenade, but using the Disco Firing style and procs.

EZRI! WE'RE GETTING EZRI! HELL YEA!
Honestly Ezri Dax had it hard, only having one season to be developed in DS9, and it was the LAST season of the show. Looking forward to seeing how things go with her in STO.
And a new Khitomer Alliance ship eh? Looking forward to seeing this Rex.
I can't take it anymore! Could everyone just chill out for two seconds before something CRAZY happens again?!

Nice to know Nicole will be doing voice work. Another member of the family returning to Star Trek and taking their place.
And I'm also very much looking forward to Wolf 359 indeed.
I do hope it ends with our ship being utterly destroyed; and we don't get a:
"See...if only you had been there back then we would have won..." situation.

Well, they're saying something about 'making your own fate':
This new 5-player space Task Force Operation will let you relive the greatest battle against the Borg at Wolf 359. Return to one of Star Trek’s most classic moments, and make your own fate! Learn from the past to defend the present.
So I'm guessing it's just going to be another simulation that will be very poorly integrated into the storyline.
I don't have high hopes in that regard. So I just hope the action and mission design will be good.
Clearly named for Dukan'Rex, who sacrificed himself that the Hur'q and Jem'Hadar could know freedom.
The German blog also indicated it's a Pilot Escort, and given the name, it's clearly half-Dominion/half-somethingelse.

More than likely, really hope that it will be the Mirror Version where (presumably) the Borg lost...
Otherwise we can expect something like this: Admiral Quinn: Following the recent revelations of Borg that are nothing like the ones of this universe, I want you as one of our best captains to take part in another simulation. Wolf 359, one of the worst defeats of Starfleet, where a single Borg Cube wiped out a fleet of nearly forty ships and thousands of lives lost or assimilated by the Borg, we want you to see if you can find a strategy to win that battle in preparation for these Borg Kingdom Borg that will behave totally different to the ones in the simulation, so proving pointless. Good Luck Captain!
And similar for the other factions.
Would also be great to see Avery Brooks voice a Holo or Mirror Sisko as a surprise. But that is so not going to happen.
Please let this Khitomer Alliance Rex be the tiniest shuttle in the game.
Something with the name Rex needs to be tiny because it is obviously compensating for something.
This program, though reasonably normal at times, seems to have a strong affinity to classes belonging to the Cat 2.0 program. Questerius 2.7 will break down on occasion, resulting in garbage and nonsense messages whenever it occurs. Usually a hard reboot or pulling the plug solves the problem when that happens.

Why would it be a shuttle? Even if it was a shuttle, I would support a shuttle revamp first. Also, before the Tyrannosaurus Rex was dethroned by a dinosaur discovery a few years ago, it was the king of the dinosaurs. Why would it be compensating for something?
With that said, as soon as I saw the picture I recognized Ezri Dax right away. I am glad she will be part of the game now. Especially with her mentions in the Path to 2409 and the main storyline of the Victory is Life expansion.
Ezri has been my favorite Dax so far. A nice addition to the talent that have taken their characters to the next level of development in Star Trek Online. Hopefully we will see an appearance of the Aventine. With how disappointing the Legendary Vesta was. A tactical Mirror focused version with decent stats and spec seating would get me to spend some ZEN. Something along the lines of a 4 fore, 2 aft weapons layout with a console layout of 4, 4, 4, 1 uni with a primary Miracle Worker Commander Science slot would be a fun ship to fill the multi-mission role of what the Legendary Vesta should have been.

Nope.

I like my explanation better.

Bipedal mammal and senior Foundry author.
Notable missions: Apex [AEI], Gemini [SSF], Trident [AEI], Evolution's Smile [SSF], Transcendence
Looking for something new to play? I've started building Foundry missions again in visual novel form!

We already have the T6 Vestas (Multi Mission Explorers: Palatine, Brigid, and Esquiline), and have had them for quite a while before the Legendary. And the Aventine is most likely going to be a standard Vesta configuration.
