Romulan Episode "Small Packages" bugged

I just made new Romulan char and I can not finish Episode "Small Packages".
I do everything needed to claim shuttle but when I have to claim it I can not do it.

    Where are you going to when you try to claim it?
    Are you claiming from the Shuttle Requisitions officer on Romulus/Romulan Fleet?
    Have you selected Fed or KDF yet?

    Most likely the answer here is 'yes' as you have to Ally with one of them in order to gain access to this mission.

    I ally with KDF. And I can not claim it. I am claiming from the Shuttle Requisitions officer on Romulus Command. I tried it even on Romulan Fleet. but it does not work.

    Presuming that you've seen Commader Rehu at the back of the shuttle area in the Command Centre and completed his paperwork requests before you go visit the Shuttle Requisition Officer, then check if you already have three small craft meaning that you are at that limit. Also are you under twenty-sixth level? Wouldn't surprise me if this is still lurking in the mix.

    Nice one. Of course, there shouldn't be a level issue, but you never know...

    I seen Commander Rehu and completed his paperwork. I do not have 3 small craft, mabie 1 or 2, so I am under limit.
    I started to do other episodes from next story arc just so I can level up. Now I am not sure what level I am with this char. But I will look when Shard maintenance is over, and try to level some more if I am under level 26.
    But what if that it does not work?

    Solved the problem.
    Just needed to put all ranks and shuttle is there.

    It's a short mission - merely a minute or two to run.
