Greetings. I made a purchase on the C-Store, 2 additional ship slots, which it turns out I didn't need. Is it possible to reverse the transaction, I would rather not waste the 500 zen.
I had visited the support website, but on trying to login, it shows a 404 error and sends me back to the homepage.

You really need to file ticket with Customer Support.
I managed to log in just fine and grabbed you the link to make a new ticket:

If you keep getting a 404, you might try using a different browser - Firefox, Chrome, Iron, Brave, Opera, Dragon, IceDragon, and whatnot...
