Can't finish or drop mission - NPC unavailable

I noticed a few green Tutorial missions on my Available tab and decided to do them just to clean the list.
I have a problem now because one of the missions requires that I talk to Chancellor J'mpok in the Qo'nos Great Hall, but I already finished the klingon civil war arc and he is not available anymore.
"[Tutorial] Leading the Way" is the quest, and "[Tutorial] Glad Handing the Great Hall" is the subquest that asks to "Speak with Chancellor J'mpok". I already finished every episode from every single arc (except "The Vault", broken atm), so, J'mpok is already dead for this char.

Bottom line is to try a mission where J'mpok still exists, either The house Always Wins or one of the missions in the Warzone Arc.
Should allow you to turn the missions in.
You need to find and play a mission with a segment that takes place within the Great Hall that has J'mpok as Chancellor.
Have a look in the "Warzone" story arc and play "The House Always Wins".
There is a section inside the Great Hall at the end of the mission. Play it through but don't beam out. You'll then be able to progress your Qo'noS tutorial.
Just remember not to beam out after the mission ends LOL
