Did Not receive Daily Event Bonus Dill

I have not been doing doing the exploit bug as ive only just found out about it but the new starbase one event TFO did not give me the extra Dill Some one on the NoP Public Service Channel Reported the same issue

    It was reported on the forum and X that they would be taking the daily bonus dil down till the next patch ... you can find Kaels post here .... https://www.arcgames.com/en/forums/startrekonline/#/discussion/1264924/sto-short-news-updates/p2.     Captains can now once again earn bonus Dilithium from the Borg Tesseract Event.

    Wish I had found this before doing the event this morning.

    I ran the event today at 745AM Central Time (5:45AM PST) and did not receive my dili bonus from it. I bought out the event on the first day, to unlock the daily bonus, and have run it each day since. When I ran the event today, it showed Daily Bonus 1/1 completed, Bonus Earned (with a check), Next Reward 36,000, and Daily bonus resets in 19+ hours... But Today's reward of 34,000 Dili was never Issued! This despite the comment above that "Captains can now once again earn bonus Dilithium from the Borg Tesseract Event."

    Well... at least I know now, why I didn't got my bonus Dilithium...
    Will we be compensated? That's 10 K Dilithium... that's not little, in my opinion.

    The comment .... "Captains can now once again earn bonus Dilithium from the Borg Tesseract Event." is from the patch notes. you will need to wait till the servers are back up and running.

    We were told yesterday that the dil bonus will be take down both on here and on X. As for being compensated. What monetary have you lost. Are you out of pocket financially in a personal way? All you could be looking at in the way of compensation is a 24 hour extension of the event. But only Cryptic can decide that.

    Didn't got my 35k Dili (buy out) and they did not reset the cooldown. :(

    I am not on X, or Twitter, or how ever this service is called this week...
    And what you mean by "here" is beyond me.
    I had absolutely no clue, that the Dil. Bonus was down! If I knew, I wouldn't have participated in the darn thing today, would I?

    And for the compensation: Did I ask for money? I lost 10k Dil. to a bug... and since this bug is not my fault, I would like to get those 10k of Dil. ore, I spent 20 Minutes of my life earning. I don't think that's too much asked for, is it?
    Extending the event is what they'll most likely do here, but it doesen't seem fair in my opinion, since I had to invest MORE lifetime, without being compensated for the time I invested already, without getting the reward.

    Yes, they could have done a better job of making the notice stand out. But at least it's back working now.

    This is not a bug: thread /moved to General Discussion. It was announced yesterday in Short News Updates that the Dilithium Bonus was being shut off to deal with the bug associated with it. That was fixed today... in less than 24 hours. As this was a known issue and has been addressed: /thread
