  Methinks you've become plagued my remastered visuals. Try visiting the Ship Tailor and re-customising your ship to get the invisible parts back.

  I just noticed this on my Intel Assault Cruiser. The problem is the Imperial (fleet version) style hull is bugged. Mine looks just like the above pictured. I did try to redo in the tailor and got the same result. Also when u bring up the saved outfits of this ship, any saved outfit that has the Imperial hull on it is magnified about 3x the size in the saved outfits boxes versus other saved outfits without the Imperial hull.
