Bug with the Romulan Flotilla Bank

  Is this with a new character? The account bank doesn't unlock now until you pick your ally for Romulan and Jem'Hadar characters.

  After I chosen the Federation, I still can't get into the account bank, nor could I access the EC bank. It also seems I can't use the freighter bank either.

  Strange, I created a test character today on PC and as soon as I completed the mission Turning point and asked Subcommander Nadel "What is next?" I was able to open my account bank. A good indicator that you should be able to use the account bank is when the Event tab is no longer greyed (on PC) or shows up (on Console. I play on Xbox as well)
  
  Edit: I also leveled up a character on xbox today. The account bank unlocked after finishing the steps I posted above. If you are still having issues, there is a bug going around on PC where people can't access their account bank and are not getting credit for completing events.
