some unlockable uniform items not pickable in the taylor

Hi,
Back in winter time I opened a box that had a hat in and I wasn't able to find that to put on my character, and this risa summer event I've brought the beachcomber shorts and am unable to put them on ... I've had a few messages with a Game Master who has been able to replicate the problem and sugested a workaround which was to create a new uniform rather than modify a current one.
sadly this hasn't helped and they've sugested i post here.

any help would be appreciated

The first Uniform slot is restricted to Uniform pieces only, so you'd never see the "Beachwear Separates" in that slot, which is why the GM suggested you make a new uniform slot.

Now, I don't know which uniform slot you are trying to edit, but the above screenshot shows it to be the second one at least, so they should be showing up somewhere:

To find the Hat, you need to edit your characters' Head, and not their Body.

nope, the option isn't showing up for me.
