Epic Ship console reclaim bug

in PC Gameplay Bug Reports
i used epic tokens to buy the following ships denorios class bajoran interceptor, vorgon xyfius heavy escort, vorgon ytijara dreadnought cruiser and the special consoles that comes with each ship all 3 consoles dont appear in the dilithium reclaim tab, and i even went to the event rclaim and they arnt there aswell, i got the kobali samsar cruiser and vorgon ryn'kodan carrier and their special consoles appear in the reclaim but not the other 3 ships listed above

    I believe that the Epic level ships from the Phoenix Store are not reclaimable since they are for a single character unlike the account wide unlock ships gained from completing the events.

    No, OP is talking about the consoles being (un)reclaimable from the Dilithium Store.
    Whenevr you get a special character-specific ship, the console usually becomes reclaimable from the Dilithium Store. This is the case for some of the Epic Phoenix Token ships, but not all of them.

    That's because you didn't get the ships via the Event system. Alas, I have no other idea on where you could look. We'll just have to hope this oversight can get a fix sometime...

    yeah i used 5 epic tokens to get all 5 ships but only 2 of the ships console appear in the dilitium reclaim tab the kobali samsar cruiser console and warp cores and vorgon ryn'kodan carrier console but not the other 3 ship consoles dont appear

    the ships console not appearing in the dilithium reclaim are Console - Universal - Launch Harasser Probes
    Console - Universal - S.I.F. Inverter Beam
    Console - Universal - D.O.M.I.N.O.

    so the ship consoles that do not appear in the dilithium reclaim are -
    Console - Universal - Enhanced Cascade Resonance Catalyst
    Console - Universal - D.O.M.I.N.O.
    Console - Universal - Harasser Probes
    Console - Universal - S.I.F. Inverter

    There was another thread about this a short time ago - which you started!

    As I mentioned there, the consoles may not show up because the ships themselves were not obtained via the Event system, but then you do have some of them showing up, which certainly makes my theory redundant.

    Some things do not show up in the Reclaim section(s) if you already have them. If you were to discard the console, it might then show up, but you run the risk of it not showing up, so probably best not to do that.

    Another thing to try is if your ship is in Drydock, the Reclaim store might be thinking you don't have the ship so it hides the console. If its' in Drydock, bring it out to your active slots and see if the console reappears.

    the drydock doesnt work as done it a few times on 2 of the ships and nothing appears
