BOFF abilities in wrong ship station slot

Here in the screenshot, you can see my Romulus tactical ROM-001 Oeemak has a LT Commander ability in the ensign slot. Also, my ROM-002 Vonlue has a lieutenant ability in the ensign slot. I can’t get the slots to work right no matter if I changed boffs or abilities.

    It's a weird display glitch, but it can be 'fixed'.
    • You have the list of Ensign-slot abilities show, so just double-click one of those to fix the Ensing slot.
    • The Lt. Cmdr. skill will shunt along to the Lt slot.
    • Clicking into the Lt. slot will show the list of available Lt. abilities and double-clicking the desired Skill will select it for the Lt. Slot.
    • At this point, the Lt. Cmdr. skill will shunt along to the Lt. Cmdr. slot.
    • Click the Lt. Cmdr. slot to show the list of available Lt. Cmdr. skills and double-click the desired option.

    Problem solved. I reset the BOFFs default abilities for the station slots and then cycled another BOFF into the station and then brought back the BOFF I want to use. All slots are usable and changeable now.
