The Texas uni-console is activateable anytime, even without enemys. No projectile starts, but the counter goes to 0.

    The torpedos from it also sometimes bug out and don't reacquire targets if the initial target dies. They are also not getting a speed boost from the Hydra/Swarmer consoles even though it explicitly states that they should.
