Strike Group Command Authority

Anyone know what is under this "resolved "?
from patch notes
|Resolved an issue where Starship Trait - Strike Group Command Authority so that it more consistently works for large pets.
Because now I don't see any buffs on all pets. Looks like broken trait... again

    How long this trait will be unavailable? I bought ship for this trait and now have nothing. If you can't resolved bug then just roll back game to old version!
