No matter what ship I have or changes I select all my ships are colored Red and Yellow

No matter what ship I have or changes I select all my ships are colored Red and Yellow, I have clicked Random and i show the colors i want to choose but only Red and Yellow show.

I was instructed to create a bug report, so our Senior Game Master can also present that document

    Sounds like you may have a vanity shield slotted.
    Just check your visual tab to see if one may be slotted as it may possibly be the medical vanity shield.

    "Red and Yellow" sounds very much like the Medical Vanity Shield.
    Check your visuals tab as shown by @timelords1701 and unequip anything in there.
    If that slot is empty, right-click your equipped ship shield and "Disable Visuals".
