No Delta Recruit Rewards

I may be the only one, but I just wanted to put it out there that I ran into a problem with the Delta Recruit Rewards. It may be an aftermath of other problems STO has been having lately. Good Hunting!

What level is your recruit? You have to be lvl 20 to get them from your contact.

And have you been clicking on your device to get those rewards?

For the actual recruit, you claim rewards with your temporal device. It's other captains that get the rewards using the temporal officer.

And like echatty said, you have to reach level x (or play for x hours) on a captain before that captain can claim anything from the temporal officer. That's to prevent farmers from creating, claiming, burning alts over and over again.

Awards are level locked (for all but Jem'hadar) and time locked (for Jem'hadar) and, AFAIK, you must be part of the 2409 Fed or KDF factions before they unlock if you are ROM, DSC, TOS or Jem. Your post lacks any context needed for anyone to help 'fix this'

I got my account rewards when my Delta recruit hit level 20. However I am getting the same screen as you, since then, even though my recruit has passed level 30. All my other toons are level 65 and 8 of them are eligible for the rewards. And yes, my recruit has unlocked them with his transponder. This is my third delta toon and I never had this problem before.

There are 3 recruits you need to unlock all the rewards. You need to have a ROM (doesn't matter what faction you choose), a KDF and 2409 FED. If you already have an older Delta recruit, you cannot claim those rewards as if it was a normal toon. You still have to unlock the rewards on the newer Delta Recruit.

You also need to finish a story arc with whichever character wants to claim those rewards before they become available. For example, I made a Rom Delta this time, but he can only access the reward for the first story arc because that's as far as I've taken him. The other story arcs have been completed by other toons, but this one needs to finish them to get the rewards. Until then, they're simply not available to select - for story arcs, the character level is immaterial. (My roommate has a toon that reached level 65 without completing any story arcs because a couple of years ago he was able to use an exploit involving Ker'rat that I think has since been closed. Had he made a Delta Recruit, which he isn't inclined to, his existing character wouldn't be able to claim any of the rewards for completed story arcs.)

When they updated Delta Recruits the first time the recruit I unlocked all rewards on some of them were reset as if I never completed them before, was really frustrated as the few of them reset required me to redo some of the more tedious missions.

When I say I have 8 toons eligible for the account rewards, I mean they are level 65 and have finished all the story arcs. Some of them are Roms, some are KDF, and one is 2409 Fed. My new Delta has passed level 30 and finished the first 3 story arcs. He has unlocked the story arc and level rewards, and claimed his rewards. The level 20 and 30 rewards are account wide. It's the other 8 eligible toons that can't claim the account wide rewards from the unlocked levels.

To be able to claim rewards from the Temporal Agent:

Characters must be level 20+ (20 hours of gameplay for Jem'Hadar);
The 'Recruit' character must have claimed the reward from the Transponder;
Account-wide rewards are only available on other non-recruit characters, or recruits of a different type;
(e.g. Delta Recruits can reclaim account-wide rewards from a Temporal/Gamma/Klingon Recruit, but they cannot reclaim account-wide rewards from a different Delta Recruit.)
"No Results Found" generally means the rewards have already been claimed.
(If you think you're missing a reward, share details here and some screenshots, and we can try to help you.
We're not Customer Support though, so details and screenshots are what we need to be able to see what you see.
Alternatively, file a ticket with Customer Support - they can see your game account...)
Rewards can only be claimed once!
e.g. If you have 2 or more Delta Recruits, you'll only get the account-wide reward once.

I've tried here, to hit all the nails poking their heads up in the thread. If you're still experiencing issues, we can more easily help you if you let us know what type of recruit you have, what your other characters are, what reward you're trying to claim, and some screenshots to fully document the issue would help. (Just posting the empty claim window doesn't help, sorry.)

Like @inferiority says, a third delta recruit does not unlock new copies of the same rewards that delta 1-2 unlocked. The only rewards a new delta recruit can unlock are any of the faction-specific story arcs that were not unlocked by the others. So if you had a Fed and Romulan as your first 2 delta recruits, a new KDF recruit would only unlock the KDF-specific story arc rewards nothing else.

Yup. Like the others have said, if you have claimed Delta rewards on those toons in the past, you do not get them again when you start another Delta toon. To get ALL Delta rewards, you need one 2409 FED, ROM and KDF Delta Recruit.
